Where are you, actually?
A 30-minute self-assessment that benchmarks your readiness across three pillars and nine dimensions.
You get a scored report inside five working days, and a one-call debrief with Cathy or Tim. Free. No follow-up unless you ask for one. Honest about where the gaps are.
Three things you leave with.
Most readiness tools give you a number. We give you a number, the picture behind it, and the move it points to. The output is designed to be useful inside the next leadership meeting, not the next quarter.
Where you stand across the three pillars.
A scored picture of your organisation across the three pillars, the nine dimensions, and a single overall Future Readiness score. The scores are honest. Most senior teams find them lower than they expected, in places they didn't expect.
The distance between where you are and where you need to be.
For each dimension, we map your current score against the score the next two years of change will demand. The gap is what the report's recommendations are built around. The point is not to score high. The point is to close the gaps that compound.
The single thing to do next.
One recommended next move, picked from the gaps. Sometimes that's a programme of work, sometimes a single workshop, sometimes a conversation we'd like to have with someone specific on your team. We name it plainly. You decide what to do with it.
Three pillars. Nine dimensions. Two years of shapes to come.
The diagnostic looks at your organisation through three lenses: Future of Business, Future of Work, and Future of Operations. Each lens has three dimensions. Nine in total. Each one is scored from one to five.
How far you've moved from product-focus to outcome-focus.
Whether you're working alone with vendors or building connected partners.
Your ability to understand the happiness of customers, ecosystem, and employees.
The ability of employees to choose workspace, working hours, and ways of working.
The diversity of backgrounds and opinions in your problem-solving.
The importance you place on personal development and self-realisation.
The intensity of joined goals across your business network.
The automation of repetitive and manual tasks through modern tech and AI.
Whether your processes are fixed or agile, and whether they empower decision-making.
Level 1 represents the lowest level of maturity. Level 5 is collaborative and life-centred. Most organisations score in the two-to-three range across most dimensions. The point is not to be a five everywhere. The point is to know where you actually are.
What happens in the next 30 minutes.
The path is short and honest. We've built it to be done by a single senior leader or by a team. Most C-suites have their executive assistants distribute it to the leadership group, then we score the team picture.
Just the email, your first name, your role, and your company. No long form. We email the assessment link inside sixty seconds.
Thirty minutes. Five-point scale per dimension. A short open-text box per dimension if you want to add context. Save and resume any time.
Inside five working days, you get a written report. Your scores, the gaps, the recommended next move, and a one-page executive summary.
Cathy or Tim walks you through the picture, answers questions, and tells you honestly what to do with it. No pitch. No follow-up unless you ask for one.
A real report, sample data.
This is what the report looks like. The data is from a composite of three engagements, anonymised, so you can see the shape without anyone's actual scores.
The largest compounding gap sits in Intelligence and Agility. Closing it starts with an honest read on AI maturity, followed by leader fluency.
- Overall Future Readiness: 2.8 / 5
- Strongest pillar: Organisation (3.1)
- Weakest pillar: AI (2.4)
- Largest gap: Intelligence (current 2 / target 4)
The honest answers to the questions you're probably about to ask.
Is it really free?
Yes. The diagnostic, the scored report, and the one-call debrief are free. We do the call ourselves. We don't follow up unless you ask us to. The reason we do it free is because it's the best way for us to know if there's a fit, and for you to know if we're worth a second conversation.
Who actually reads my responses?
Cathy or Tim, depending on which pillar weights heaviest in your scores. The report is written by a human, not auto-generated. That's why it takes five working days, not five minutes.
Will the data be kept private?
Yes. Your responses are stored encrypted, used only for your report and our records, and never shared. We do not sell, lease, or syndicate the data. If you want it deleted after the debrief, ask, and we delete it inside one working day.
How long should I block out?
Thirty minutes for the assessment. Forty-five minutes for the debrief. An hour to read the report properly. About two and a half hours total, over the course of two to three weeks.
Can my whole leadership team take it?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. The single-leader version is useful. The team version is significantly more useful. We can score the team picture and run a debrief with the group instead of an individual.
What happens if I just want a conversation, not a diagnostic?
Book a 15-minute call instead. It's the right starting move for some buyers.
Begin now.
Email, first name, role, and company. The link arrives in your inbox inside sixty seconds. You can start it on a phone, finish it on a laptop. Saves automatically.
You'll know more about ready in a fortnight than you do now.
The diagnostic is the fastest, most honest way we know to get a picture of where you are. Then you decide what to do about it. Either way, you'll have moved.
